Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") carefully before participating in any group or private yoga classes provided by The Happy Hour Yogi. By enrolling and participating in our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

1. "The Happy Hour Yogi," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the yoga instructor offering group and private yoga classes.
2. "Participant," "you," or "your" refers to any individual participating in our group or private yoga classes.

General Terms

1. Eligibility:

  • Group classes: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent to attend our group classes.

  • Private classes: Participants must be at least 16 years old or have written parental consent to schedule a private class.

2. Medical Concerns:

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally capable of participating in our classes.

  • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare professional before attending any classes.

  • The Happy Hour Yogi is not liable for any injuries or health-related issues arising during or after the classes.

3. Personal Belongings:

  • Each guest will need to bring their own yoga mat and any equipment they may need during class.

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the classes.

  • The Happy Hour Yogi is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Group Classes

1. Booking and Payment:

  • Participants must register for group classes in advance through our designated online platform or by contacting The Happy Hour Yogi directly.

  • Payment of a designated non-refundable deposit must be made prior to the class to secure your spot.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Participants must cancel their registration at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in no refund being issued.

3. Class Etiquette:

  • Participants are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time.

  • Participants must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by our instructors during the classes.

  • Participants are expected to show respect for other participants and our instructors by maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.

Private Classes

1. Scheduling and Payment:

  • Private classes must be scheduled in advance by contacting The Happy Hour Yogi directly.

  • Payment for private classes must be made at the time of booking to secure the instructor's availability.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Participants must cancel or reschedule their private class at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours will result in no refund being issued.

3. Class Duration:

  • Private classes have a predetermined duration, as agreed upon during the scheduling process.

  • Participants are responsible for arriving on time, as the instructor will not extend the class due to late arrival.

  • Participants are encouraged to communicate any specific goals, concerns, or preferences to the instructor in advance to maximize the session's benefits.

Liability

1. Release of Liability:

  • By participating in our group or private yoga classes, participants acknowledge and assume the risks associated with physical activities and waive any claims against The Happy Hour Yogi and its instructors for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during or as a result of the classes.

  • Each guest must complete the required Health Form & sign the Liability Waiver provided by The Happy Hour Yogi, prior to class start time. Forms are shown in the booking process.

  • Participants are solely responsible for their own health and well-being during the classes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas in which The Happy Hour Yogi is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By participating in our group or private yoga classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from participating in our classes.
