Elizabeth was born and raised in vibrant Fort Worth, Texas, where she developed a deep appreciation for art, culture, and the power of connecting with others. It was during her time as a BFA student at Texas Christian University that she discovered her true passion for yoga and its transformative effects, in both children and adults.
-
Beyond her personal practice, Elizabeth is a dedicated advocate for the awareness and destigmatization of mental health and suicide. Through her work, Elizabeth strives to create spaces where individuals of all ages feel supported, nurtured, and empowered to prioritize their psychological well-being.
Elizabeth's dedication also extends far beyond her contributions to human health and advocacy: possessing an unwavering passion for giving a voice to animals in need, she remains committed to creating a better world for our furry friends.
She currently proudly serves as a children's yoga instructor for Yogi Squad, a local nonprofit dedicated to making yoga and mindfulness accessible to all children.

To deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga, Elizabeth obtained her 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification at The Yoga Project School of Yoga in Denton, Texas, and her 95-Hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher certification from The Do Good Movement in Chicago, Illinois.
